Refund Policy

Aashi fasttrack dial service Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian Direct Selling Company. The company sells its products and services through the Direct selling method (to the Direct Seller).
  • Any Indian citizen who is above 18 years of age can apply to become a Direct seller of the Company's products.
  • The company does not charge any fee for distributorship.
  • Neither the company gives you any kind of job nor you become the agent of the company. You don't even get any kind of fixed salary. You start a Business simply by becoming an Independent Distributor of the Company's products. You can earn money by selling these products and services as per the Business Plan of the company.
  • The relationship between you and the Company is that of an Independent principal to Principal contractor.
  • You can buy the product only from the Company's Authorised Center (Franchisee, Branch, Mini Franchise, ecommerce, and Virtual Mini Franchise). You can not buy any products without a Bill/ Invoice. If you buy a product from an Authorised Center, the company notifies you by SMS on your registered mobile.
  • Refund Policy – You can cancel your Distributorship only as per the refund policy within zero days of becoming a Fasttrack Distributor (Direct Seller) . You can get your full money back by returning all the products.

Franchise Refund Policy

  • If you purchase a FastTrack product franchise or a Pin franchise, we will send you the product. If, for any reason, you do not wish to continue with the franchise, you can return the product within 30 days and get a refund.
  • However, the product must be in resalable condition. If the product is damaged by more than 10%, it will not be accepted for return. The franchise holder will also be responsible for paying the courier charges and 12% to 18% GST on the return.
  • If you return any product or Pin after 30 days, it will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • After 30 days, if you are unable to sell any product, you will only be eligible for a product replacement, not a refund. The company reserves the right to decide which product to replace it with, and it will not be limited to soap and paste.
  • Franchise holders can only surrender their franchise within 30 days. After that, no requests will be entertained.
  • If you use vouchers, you will only be eligible for a product replacement, not a cash refund.
  • Franchise holders cannot take any legal action against the company. If they do, the company will not entertain any such claims.
